We understand that everyone is concerned about the COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”).  We are as well, which is why we are taking precautions to keep our clients and our staff safe. We are committed to maintaining the quality of your service while taking every precaution possible to protect the health and safety of our employees, clients, partners, friends, and families. We are all impacted in some way by this pandemic, and Pinnacle Plan Design, LLC has been planning and working to ensure continuity of service. With these thoughts in mind:

• We have set up our Pinnacle team to work remotely.  We already have the systems in place that allow our team to work remotely with the same levels of security and access that we experience in our office for situations such as this one.  All of our team members can still receive phone calls and emails, and most are very used to working in a remote atmosphere.
• We have decided to temporarily halt all in-person meetings.  However, all Pinnacle team members have the ability to have virtual video meetings.  We ask our partners and clients to not come into our offices for the time being.

We believe this is an appropriate level of action to mitigate the spread of the virus and provide for the health and safety of our clients, our partners, our team, and our families.

The American Retirement Association (”ARA”) has requested relief from certain provisions under the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA related to qualified retirement plan filings and deadlines due to ongoing and future business impacts of the current Coronavirus pandemic. We appreciate the ARA efforts and we will keep you informed on these matters as new information becomes available.  Our team is focused on continuing to work with our clients and partners to ensure all deadlines are met.
