As a Partner at Pinnacle and an Enrolled Actuary with more than 40 years of experience, Lynn has built a distinguished career helping employers design and maintain retirement plans that improve financial outcomes for American workers. Her expertise spans defined benefit, cash balance, and defined contribution plans, and she has long been recognized as a leader within the profession through her service with organizations such as the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries (ASEA) and the ARA Board of Directors.

Lynn assumes the ARA presidency at an important time for the retirement industry. During its recent annual conference, ARA leaders highlighted the association’s ongoing role as a bipartisan advocate for retirement security, supporting policies that help expand access to workplace retirement plans while strengthening the retirement system for employers and participants alike. Outgoing ARA President Sam Brandwein praised Lynn’s experience, perspective, and deep commitment to the organization’s mission as he formally passed the gavel to her for 2027.

The ARA represents more than 30,000 retirement professionals through its affiliated organizations, including ASPPA, NAPA, PSCA, NTSA, and ASEA. As President, Lynn will help guide the association’s advocacy efforts, educational initiatives, and industry leadership during a period of continued innovation and change within the retirement plan landscape.
