TUCSON, AZ – January 11, 2016 – Pinnacle Plan Design, a national provider of qualified retirement plan design, administration and actuarial consulting services, announces that Chief Operating Officer Amanda Rae Iverson, CPA, PHR, SHRM-CP, has been promoted to Shareholder.
Iverson has been Pinnacle Plan Design’s COO since 2010. She is responsible for managing the firm’s internal operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, human resources, growth strategy, and efficiency analysis.
Iverson has over 14 years of accounting and operations experience. Prior to joining Pinnacle Plan Design, Iverson worked as a CPA Audit Manager for the firm’s parent company, BeachFleischman PLLC. She is an active member of both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Financial Executives & Affiliates of Tucson (FEAT), as well as a 2014 graduate of the Greater Tucson Leadership (GTL) program.
