After spending many years as an auditor in public accounting, Amanda joined Pinnacle’s team to oversee the internal operations of the firm. Amanda is now the firm’s CEO. Amanda is responsible for managing the firm’s internal operations including accounting, human resources, marketing, growth strategy, and efficiency analysis.

Stephanie L. B. Terry  CPA, QPA, QKA®

Stephanie manages the ongoing administration of a wide range of qualified retirement plans. Stephanie’s extensive expertise (with a special emphasis on plan operations, compliance, and reporting) equips her to lead Pinnacle’s administration of both defined benefit and defined contribution plans.

Lynn Young  EA, FSEA

Lynn Young is an Enrolled Actuary focused on the consulting and administration of qualified defined benefit, cash balance, and defined contribution plans. As an Enrolled Actuary, Lynn specializes in actuarial consulting and third-party administration of defined benefit retirement plans.  Lynn is the Past-President of the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries (ASEA).

Andrew Forgrave  EA, MSEA,FCA

Andrew Forgrave became a Partner in January of 2023. He focuses on the design, implementation and ongoing administration of defined benefit plans. As an enrolled actuary, Andrew specializes in actuarial consulting and third-party administration of defined benefit retirement plans. His 23+ years of retirement plan experience make him a valuable asset to the Pinnacle team. Andrew, along with his fellow actuaries at Pinnacle, authored the 2016-present Editions of the Defined Benefit Answer Book, published by Wolters Kluwer.
