At Pinnacle Plan Design, we have five enrolled actuaries (EAs) on staff that design traditional defined benefit and cash balance retirement plans. Our actuaries, Kevin J. Donovan, Lynn M. Young, Andrew Forgrave, Kevin Strauch, and Charity Westphal have 120+ years of combined industry experience.

For other TPAs wishing to expand into the defined benefit plan area, we will work as your firm’s back office providing actuarial services which can be customized to meet your needs.
