# Third Party Administrator Houston

Pinnacle Plan Design is a third party administrator (TPA) for employer-sponsored qualified retirement plans. We specialize in retirement plan design, administration and actuarial consulting. Pinnacle is proud to offer retirement plan administration services in Houston, TX (Texas), as well as nationally.

### Actuarial Consulting

At Pinnacle Plan Design, we have five enrolled actuaries (EAs) on staff that design traditional defined benefit and cash balance retirement plans. Our actuaries, [Kevin J. Donovan](http://pinnacle-plan.com/actuaries-plan-administrators/kevin-donovan/ "Kevin J. Donovan, CPA, EA, MSPA, ACA"), [Lynn M. Young](http://pinnacle-plan.com/actuaries-plan-administrators/lynn-young/ "Lynn M. Young, EA, MSPA, MAAA"), [Andrew Forgrave](http://pinnacle-plan.com/actuaries-plan-administrators/andrew-forgrave/), [Kevin Strauch](http://pinnacle-plan.com/actuaries-plan-administrators/kevin-strauch/), and [Charity Westphal](http://pinnacle-plan.com/actuaries-plan-administrators/charity-westphal/) have 120+ years of combined industry experience.

For other TPAs wishing to expand into the defined benefit plan area, we will work as your firm’s back office providing [actuarial services](http://thirdpartyadministrator.net/actuarial-solutions/ "third party administrator") which can be customized to meet your needs. Although we are independent, we respond directly and timely to your needs. We become an extension of your company. Because we are a full-service consulting and administration firm, partnering with us ensures that both your needs and the needs of your clients will be met. See our [Actuarial Menu](http://pinnacle-plan.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Actuarial-Menu.pdf) for a list of our actuarial consulting services.
