However, if you are unhappy with your TPA’s level of service, you can replace them!

### How to Replace Your Third-Party Administrator

Although replacing your TPA may seem like a burdensome and time consuming undertaking, Pinnacle is here to help you through the process. We take a proactive approach and collaborate with the current TPA in order to make the takeover process as painless as possible.

Here’s the process:

- We will perform a complimentary high-level review of your plan
- We will draft a letter to be sent to your current TPA, informing them of your decision to hire Pinnacle Plan Design. The letter asks their cooperation in transmitting the documents that Pinnacle requests.
- We will gather all of the necessary information pertaining to your plan, such as plan documents, financial statements, annual reports, etc.
- Once all of the information has been collected, the takeover process is complete.
