# Pinnacle Plan Design’s Actuaries Author the Defined Benefit Answer Book

The enrolled actuaries at [Pinnacle Plan Design](http://pinnacle-plan.com/), a national actuarial consulting and third-party administration firm, have teamed up to author the *Defined Benefit Answer Book*, published by Wolters Kluwer. The *Defined Benefit Answer Book* is the premier resource for pension actuaries and third-party administrators of defined benefit retirement plans.

In addition to their authorship, [Kevin J. Donovan](http://pinnacle-plan.com/actuaries-plan-administrators/kevin-donovan/), CPA, EA, FSEA, FCA, [Lynn Young](http://pinnacle-plan.com/actuaries-plan-administrators/lynn-young/), EA, FSEA, and [Andrew Forgrave](http://pinnacle-plan.com/actuaries-plan-administrators/andrew-forgrave/), EA, MSEA, FCA lecture on advanced defined benefit plan issues at annual conferences sponsored by [ASPPA](http://www.asppa.org/), [NIPA](https://www.nipa.org/) and [ACOPA](https://www.asppa.org/ACOPA). They, in harmony with Pinnacle’s other enrolled actuaries, also provide expert actuarial services to Pinnacle’s traditional defined benefit and cash balance plans.
